Common Questions

Yes. We migrate opening balances, chart of accounts, contacts, and optionally historical transactions. The migration process typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on data quality and volume.

We use Odoo ERP for accounting operations. You can either own the licenses directly (€24-28/user/month) or we can include licensing in our monthly fee. We'll discuss the best option during consultation.

Real-time dashboards in Odoo are included in all packages at no extra cost. For advanced cross-system analytics or custom Power BI dashboards, these are available as add-ons starting from €200/month depending on complexity.

We require 30 days' notice. There are no long-term contracts—services continue on a monthly rolling basis. We believe in earning your business every month.

Yes. We can be appointed to submit VAT, PAYE/Employer, and Corporation Tax returns on your behalf and handle routine Revenue correspondence as your authorized agent.
